Donna re-defines modern networking. With extensive experience in the film, wine, non-profit and tech industries, not to mention Real Estate, Donna has proven skills in bringing people together in order to make things happen.
Donna is an alumnus of Microsoft where she worked in the early days with Bill and Melinda Gates as a Sales and Marketing Executive. Prior to Microsoft, she was involved in the marketing efforts of two other Silicon Valley software companies.
After leaving Microsoft, Donna decided to take some time at home with her family and explore some passions and in no time landed in the entertainment industry. She has produced two independent films – one of which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. She also was part of a San Francisco production team that produced a pitch video for the 2012 Olympics. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Livermore Valley Film Commission, and was an organizing member of the California Independent Film Festival in its early years.
Donna is committed to her local community, be it by supporting local charities or businesses. Donna helped found the Ruby Hill Giving Thanks Charity Committee which has raised millions for local charities, including the ValleyCare Hospital Foundation, Taylor Family Foundation’s Camp Arroyo, Open Heart Kitchen, Hope Hospice and more. Donna currently serves on the board of the Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation which helps local cancer patients.
Donna is also active in the Livermore Valley Wine County and enjoys helping develop and promote the increasing number of wineries and locally produced wines. She is personally connected to the Wood Family Vineyard, among others, and even has a wine named after her group of friends – Wood Family Vineyards Para Mas Amigas Chardonnay.
Her move into real estate came from Donna’s ability to make connections, solve problems and find solutions that benefit all involved. She is focused on the personal connection, not just the transaction, and carries a wide range of listings and clients. From selling Luxury Vineyard and Estate properties, to homes for first time buyers, Donna gets the job done. Donna makes it her goal to ensure her clients not only love their new home, but that they also feel connected to their new community. Whether it’s a walking group, meeting others in your industry, or a wine tasting club, Donna will get you connected and involved.
Donna has raised her family here, and has lived first-hand through the growth and expansion of the Tri-Valley, so she understands the value and importance of community. Donna is unique in her ability to not only find you a home, but also to find you a community.

Her business experience as a long time Microsoft sales and marketing executive in charge of national accounts, and success as a past owner of a home decorating franchise, allow you to rest assured that she has what it takes to get your home sold. And, with 3 kids in college (all raised in Pleasanton, CA), she knows the value of the dollar and works hard to negotiate the best deals for you.
A self-professed “ultimate sports mom”, Susan served multiple years as an Executive Board Member of the Pleasanton Lacrosse Club, has volunteered with the Twin Valley Mother of Twins Club and Ruby Hill Giving Thanks Charity Ball, serves on the Board of Managers for the Tri-Valley YMCA, is a member of The Keller Williams Tri-Valley Agent Leadership Council and is a graduate of Leadership Pleasanton 2012.
