New Organic Market Coming to Vintage Hills Center

It’s been more than 15 years since Romley’s Market closed in the Vintage Hills Center on Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton, and residents have been hoping another grocery store would locate at the site. Finally, there’s good news that New Leaf Community Market, a Santa Cruz-based grocer that provides healthy, organic and locally grown foods, is looking to open a store in the long-vacant space at 3550 Bernal Ave., according to The Storefront, one of our favorite local blogs on commercial real estate in the Tri Valley. Current tenants in the center include Cutt Co., Anytime Fitness, Spark Dance Studio, Yogoholic Frozen Yogurt, Vintage Hill Cleaners and Kokoro Sushi. No word yet on when it will open.
