Pleasanton Keller Williams Agent Taking Collections for our Troops

Want to show your support for our troops based in Iraq and Afghanistan? Connie Cox of Keller Williams is collecting items for the troops, in support of the Blue Star Moms.
She has a list of suggested items, including individual serving sizes of hot drinks (hot chocolate, spiced cider, tea bags, coffee), powered drink mixes, protein powdered drinks and hot cereals; individual serving sizes of proteins such as tuna or chicken, nuts, beef jerky, protein bars or peanut butter; snack items like crackers, mints, gum, trail mix or microwave popcorn; athletic socks, men’s flip flops, or travel size personal items, particularly hand sanitizer, disposable razors or lip balm with SPF. Other suggested items for donation include yo-yos, crossword puzzles, word search and Sudoku, books, CDs and DVDs.
Connie’s office is located at 5994 W. Las Positas Blvd. in Pleasanton. She’ll take all donations to the Blue Star Moms to be shipped to Iraq and Afghanistan. Donations to help with shipping will also be accepted. Checks should be made out to Blue Star Moms.
Imagine what a difference we could make for our men and women fighting overseas if we all donated a few items on the list. Let’s support our troops!
