Bordered by Valley Avenue on the west and Hansen Drive on its east side, Country Fair and nearby Del Prado, feature homes originally built between 1983 and 1993. Home sizes vary from 2,200 to 3,000 square feet and feature a mix of one- and two-story homes. There are five home models in this neighborhood, although many have been remodeled and updated over the years.
The tree-lined streets in both neighborhoods feature melodic Spanish names, such as Via Del Cielo, Calle Alegre and Corte Libre, and are well landscaped and carefully maintained. The neighborhood has easy access to Hansen Park and the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park.
Residents are centrally located to downtown shops and restaurants as well as shopping centers such as Hopyard Village and the Stoneridge Mall. Neighborhood schools are Walnut Grove Elementary, Harvest Park Middle School and Amador Valley High School. The central location also offers easy access for commuters to freeways and BART.
