Kottinger Ranch is one of Pleasanton’s premier neighborhoods. Located in the south east quadrant of the city, the community of spectacular homes is accessible from Bernal Avenue and Hearst Drive.
Many of the lots sizes are a third of an acre or more and offer spectacular views of Livermore Valley, Mount Diablo and the surrounding hillsides. Private walking trails meander through open space that is home to numerous native plants and wildflowers.
Built by Westbrook Homes from 1992 to 2000, this luxurious community is set in the rolling hills east of downtown Pleasanton. The main development has one- and two-story homes ranging from 2,700 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet. These large lots feature three car garages and homeowners meticulously maintain their beautifully landscaped yards.
In addition to the homes built by Westbrook, the community also features several custom lots, which feature large homes with premium lots. There are also smaller single story patio homes ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
The Kottinger Ranch community features an active homeowner’s association that maintains a common area swimming pool, tennis courts, and a picnic area as well as open space throughout the community.
The community is close to downtown, giving residents easy access to shopping, restaurants and downtown events like Friday Night Concerts in the Park and Saturday’s Farmer’s Market.
